We understand that settling your child into a new environment can be challenging for both parents and child, which is why we aim to make it as relaxed and positive as possible. You are required to have a minimum of three setting visits with your child. These visits help your child get used to the environment and teachers while having someone they know and trust with them. You can expect regular communication from our centre staff to ease any doubts that you may have. We welcome you to stay as long as you like, and call us throughout the day if you’d like to check-in on your child – especially during the early transitional stages. Our centre will do everything to help your child feel at ease and comfortable to settle in with us. If you have any concerns, please feel free to approach our Centre Manager for a friendly discussion.
